Tanggung jawab utama posisi ini adalah melakukan perawatan serta perbaikan gedung dan berbagai peralatannya, termasuk AC, panel listrik, genset, trafo, sistem sipil, plumbing, dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PERSYARATAN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendidikan minimal STM\/SMK atau D3 di bidang Teknik Elektro, Mekanikal Elektrikal, Listrik, Tata Udara, atau yang relevan.<\/li>\n<li>Usia maksimal 40 tahun.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja sebagai Teknisi Gedung minimal 1 tahun.<\/li>\n<li>Memahami aspek mekanikal AC (diutamakan) dan sistem elektrikal gedung, baik untuk tindakan preventif maupun korektif.<\/li>\n<li>Mampu bekerja dalam tim, memiliki disiplin tinggi, semangat kerja yang baik, serta kondisi fisik yang sehat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kami mengundang Anda untuk bergabung sebagai Teknisi MEP (Mekanik, Elektrikal, dan Plumbing).
