Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Melakukan penjualan kepada R1-Distributor dan penyalur lainnya untuk mencapai target penjualan.<\/p>\n

2. Melakukan penagihan (collection) terhadap R1-Distributor dan penyalur lainnya.<\/p>\n

3. Memastikan bauran produk (product mix) yang menjadi fokus perusahaan dapat diimplementasikan dalam penjualan.<\/p>\n

4. Membentuk dan mengembangkan jaringan distribusi.<\/p>\n

5. Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan.<\/p>\n

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Pendidikan Minimal DIPLOMA-3 segala jurusan (jurusan pertanian lebih disukai).<\/p>\n

2. Usia maksimal 30 tahun.<\/p>\n

3. Pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang sales.<\/p>\n

4. Memiliki keterampilan penjualan, negosiasi, dan penagihan.<\/p>\n

5. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pasar industri pertanian dan distribusi produk-produk sarana pertanian.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
