Tugas tambahan meliputi pengawasan administrasi karyawan, proses penggajian, dan pengelolaan hubungan industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan meliputi gelar Sarjana di bidang Hukum, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di HR dan GA dalam posisi senior. Keterampilan kepemimpinan yang solid serta pemahaman yang mendalam tentang hukum ketenagakerjaan Indonesia sangat diperlukan.
