Gelar sarjana atau lebih tinggi dengan pengalaman rekrutmen minimal 1 tahun;<\/p>\n<p>2. Pengetahuan tentang berbagai saluran rekrutmen;<\/p>\n<p>3. Kemampuan dalam menggunakan metode wawancara yang efektif;<\/p>\n<p>4. Keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik;<\/p>\n<p>5.
