Indodana membuka kesempatan bagi Anda untuk bergabung sebagai Sales Promoter Leader<\/strong>. Dalam posisi ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai target penjualan di area yang ditentukan serta menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan PIC toko. Anda akan memimpin tim yang terdiri dari 15-20 Sales Promoters, memastikan pelaksanaan program berjalan dengan baik, dan berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait penjualan dan isu yang mungkin muncul di lapangan.<\/p>\n

Kualifikasi yang kami cari meliputi: lulusan SMA atau Diploma, pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang terkait, serta kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan pemasaran di media sosial. Kemampuan mengoperasikan MS Office dan Excel juga diperlukan, serta kesiapan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift.
