Kami mencari kandidat yang memenuhi syarat sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persyaratan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendidikan minimal strata satu (S1) di bidang apapun.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di sektor penjualan FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Penjualan di perusahaan FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>Memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Melakukan kunjungan dan pengelolaan target di Pusat Distribusi (DC) di area Jayapura.<\/li>\n<li>Memantau ketersediaan stok dan menyelesaikan kendala operasional.<\/li>\n<li>Merancang dan melaksanakan aktivitas promosi lokal serta melaporkan hasilnya.<\/li>\n<li>Membangun hubungan dengan outlet baru dan saluran distribusi.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan pelatihan serta bimbingan kepada tim penjualan dan memantau kinerja mereka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak<br \/>Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kami membuka kesempatan bagi Anda untuk bergabung sebagai Supervisor Penjualan di perusahaan FMCG kami.
