terstruktur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab Utama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menjamin kepatuhan terhadap semua peraturan dan regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.<\/li>\n<li>Menangani isu-isu terkait kepatuhan SDM dan hubungan industrial.<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola dan memelihara Perjanjian Kerja serta Kebijakan Perusahaan.<\/li>\n<li>Mendukung proses penyelesaian sengketa tenaga kerja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Syarat:<\/strong> Gelar Sarjana (diutamakan Hukum) dengan pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang Hukum atau Hubungan
