Tanggung jawab utama Anda mencakup pemantauan operasional Contact Center dan koordinasi pencapaian KPI, serta pembuatan laporan atas keluhan pelanggan dan tindak lanjutnya. Anda juga akan bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelatihan dan coaching kepada agen Contact Center, menganalisis performa agen, serta memastikan semua parameter KPI sesuai dengan SLA yang telah ditentukan.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk melamar, Anda diharapkan memiliki pengalaman di industri Contact Center\/BPO, mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris aktif (B2) dan pasif untuk Agen Bahasa, memahami deskripsi pekerjaan sesuai posisi, serta bersedia untuk sistem kerja shifting selama 24 jam.
